- 1 small red pepper; halved, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (4 oz) mild chilies; rinsed, seeded and chopped
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme leaves
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Bourbon Glaze Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

- One 10-12 lb turkey
- Melted butter for brushing
