- 10-oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 32 oz bottles Clamato juice
- 2 14 oz cans vegetable broth
- 1 cup orzo, uncooked
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- Garnish: Fresh sprigs of oregano or fresh basil leaves
