Masala with Crab and Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chicken boullion granules
  • 2 tbsp. dry masala
  • Dash or two of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 lbs. cooked crab meat
  • 1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
