  • 20 lumpia (or egg roll) wrappers
  • 20 pieces of ahi (cut to 1x3")
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Cilantro, cut to 3"
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Flour paste (2 Tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water mixed together to form a paste)


Pieces Of Yellow Fin Tuna (or Ahi), Green Onion And Cilantro Are Sealed In Egg Roll (or Lumpia) Wrappers, Deep Fried, And Served With Dressing.
