- 2 large cans light chili beans
- 3 large cans tomato soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 3 carrots cut up small
- 2 stalks celery cut up small
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup of chili powder-or more
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cheddar cheese
- Sour cream and/or croutons
