Ingredients

  • 4 cups warm cooked white rice
  • 2 cups diced purple plums
  • 1 cup chopped watercress
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup snipped mint
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup plum sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • garnish- mint sprigs

Description

A Rice Side Dish Packed With Flavor From Fresh Plums, Watercress, Onions, Almonds And Mint. Would Be Great With Grilled Fish, Chicken Or Pork.
