  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped and peeled Granny Smith apple
  • 1 package bread stuffing mix
  • 1 teaspoon fresh leaf sage
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/3 cups apple juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lb pears, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups warm water
