  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Vidalia onions, fine dice
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger root
  • 2 3/4-1 lb pork tenderloins
  • Balsamic Reduction:
  • 3 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
