Apricot and Peach-Rum Meat Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2- to 4-pounds of lean boneless leg of lamb
  • 1 cup peach jelly
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 small to medium sweet onions, cut in wedges

Description
