Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk Italian Sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. EACH of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, dried oregano and basil
  • (2) 14 ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • OR (1) 32 ounce package frozen artichokes, thawed
  • (3) 14 ounce cans Italian plum tomatoes
  • (1) 32 ounce package frozen Bell Pepper Stir-fry Mix

Description

Italian Sausage Is Cooked With Onions, Dry Onion Soup Mix, Chicken Broth And Herbs. Artichoke Hearts And Canned Tomatoes Are Chopped And Added To The Soup Mixture.
