  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (cut in small pieces)
  • 2 cups uncooked campanelle pasta
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano grated cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
