- 5 oz Bean Curd (cut in thin one inch slices)
- 1/2 Cup Bamboo Shoots
- 2 Tsp. Salt
- 2 1/2 T. Sugar
- 4 1/2 T. Soya Sauce
- 3/4 Tsp. White Pepper
- 3/4 Tsp. Chinese red hot pepper sauce 10 T. Vinegar (Chinese Rice)
- 1/2 Tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 T. Cornstarch, blended with
- 4 T. Water
- 1/2 Cup thin strips of fresh pork
- 3 Beaten Eggs
- 10 Cups Chicken Broth
- Chopped Green Onions for garnish
