  • Several sprigs fresh cilantro, leaf only, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
