- 6 ounces baby greens
- 1 small ripe papaya; peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 small red onion, cut into rings
- 1/4 cup snipped mint
- Garnish: chopped roasted salted cashew nuts
