  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
