Ingredients
- 2 boxes orange Jello
- 2 C. boiling water
- 1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 16 oz. can apricot halves
- 1 1/2 C. cold water
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 C. apricot juice (retained from apricots)
- 1 C. Cool Whip
- Shredded cheddar cheese, as desired
Description
Canned Pineapple And Apricots Are Stirred Into Orange Jello For The Bottom Layer Of This Dessert/salad. The Top Layer--which Has Cool Whip Folded Into A Cooked Mixture Of Egg, Flour, And Apricot Juice--is Sprinkled With Cheddar Cheese.
