  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tbsp Asian sesame salad dressing
  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 Bosc pear, sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
  • Toasted sesame seeds or cashews, optional


Chicken Breasts Are Sliced Into Medallions, Then Cooked And Seasoned With Asian Sesame Dressing And Served On Spinach With Slices Of Pear, Tomato And Onion.
