Aimee's Chicken Adobo


  • 2 tablespoons oil or Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into large chunks
  • 3/4 cup White vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Honey, or to taste
  • 2 Bay leaves, whole
  • 15 whole Black peppercorns
  • Hot cooked rice


Chicken Breast Cubes Are Simmered In A Vinegar And Soy Sauce Mixture, Sweetened With Honey, Seasoned With Bay Leaves And Peppercorns. Serve Over Rice.
