- 1.5 lbs bratwurst (or whatever sausage your family enjoys), chunked
- 1 large eggplant, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 medium red onion, cut into rings
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 medium red pepper, cut in strips
- 4 medium yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks.
- 1/2 cup olive oil-based salad dressing (we like Ken's Northern Italian light, but any vinaigrette will do)
