Aunt Karen's Curried Chicken


  • 1 whole bone-in skin-on fryer, cut up (boneless skinless breasts or thighs may be substituted)
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/8 cup (2 tbsp.) butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 4 tsp curry powder
  • 6 tbsp (1/3 cup) bottled prepared mustard
  • Jasmine rice, optional


Chicken Pieces Are Brushed With A Honey-mustard Sauce Flavored With Curry Powder & Seasoned Salt During Baking. More Sauce Is Served With The Chicken.
