  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 26-oz can Italian spaghetti sauce with herbs
  • 1/4 cup dry vermouth, optional
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 3/4 cup ricotta cheese (about 15 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 8-oz package frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese
