- 1 3/4 cup ricotta cheese (about 15 oz.)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 8-oz package frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well
- Sliced mozzarella cheese
