- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons (unsalted) butter
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups basmati rice
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/3 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Garnish:
- Flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Orange zest
