A Twist on Chicken Salad


  • 1 medium-size bowl or container
  • 1 cookie sheet for bread
  • 1 12.5 oz can of Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in water
  • 1 6 oz jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh Pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup of fresh Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1 small can of Chopped Black Olives (optional)
  • 1 11-oz. tube of Pillsburry Original Breadsticks (low fat-style is optional)


A Chicken Salad Mixture Containing Marinated Artichokes, Garlic, Olives, And Pico De Gallo Is Spooned On Top Of Baked Rounds Of Refrigerated Breadstick Dough, And Sprinkled With Parmesan Cheese.
