Artichokes Oreganta


  • 2 15 oz cans artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained, drained again on paper towels, then cut into halves lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano blend cheese
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


These Artichokes Are Baked With A Topping Of Italian Breadcrumbs, Cheeses, And Seasonings, Making Them Great As An Appetizer Or Side Dish.
