  • 1 (8 oz) package garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 1 jar (6 1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 3 dozen large fresh mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
  • 2/3 cup finely crushed butter-flavored round crackers


This Appetizer Is Made With Cream Cheese, Artichokes, And Swiss Cheese Stuffed In A Mushroom Cap And Topped With Crispy Cracker Crumbs.
