Alexandra's Turkey Stuffing


  • 2 cups wild rice
  • 2 lbs chopped beef
  • 1 small can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • Fresh a small bunch of curly parsley (no stems)
  • About a teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Fresh pepper and salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 tablespoons Grand Marnier liquor
  • Butter NOT margarine or spread
  • 6-7 cups chicken stock to boil rice
