Artichoke Cream Cheese Casserole


  • 1 1/2 cups white rice
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup peppercorn ranch dressing
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 tsp course ground black pepper
  • 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup baked pita chips (processed into coarse crumbs prior to measuring)


This Great Dip Has Rice, Roasted Red Peppers And Plenty Of Swiss Cheese. Use It As A Dip Or Stuff A Chicken Breast And Make A Fresh And Flavorful Dinner.
