  • 1 cup green olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 lemon, grated (rind only)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
