Apple-Honey Turkey


1 (12-pound) fresh or frozen turkey, thawed 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup water 4 cups apple juice 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Cooking spray 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth 1/4 cup Calvados (apple brandy) 3 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Garnish with apple slices (optional)


This Turkey Is Marinated Overnight Before Roasting In A Mixture Of Apple Juice, Brown Sugar, And Vinegar. The Marinade Is Used In The Gravy, Which Also Contains Broth, Apple Brandy And Honey.
