  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mild paprika
  • 1/8 to 1/4-teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup regular, reduced fat or fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
