Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup water, in all
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups regular or low fat sour cream
