3 Bean Salad

Ingredients

    - 3 cans (540 ml) of beans (1 can per type of bean of choice, such as chick Peas, lentils, black beans, red kidney beans, white kidney beans....)
    -1can of tuna drained
    -1-2 medium celery stalk sliced
    - 1 medium tomatoe, chopped
    - 1/2 bell pepper (colour of choice)
    - Change up veggies to liking (olives, baby carrots, broccoli...)

    Dressing :
    1/8 cup of vegetable / olive oil
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup vinegar (white wine, red wine or ciders)
    2 tsp mustard (plain or other type of prepared mustard)
    1 tsp of garlic
    Spices to taste (i.e. cumin, coriander, basil, salt, pepper, dill....)
