    2.5 cups sliced mushrooms
    1.5 cups diced celery
    1.5 cups chopped onion
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    6 large eggs
    6 Tbsp butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp minced garlic (or 4 cloves finely chopped or crushed)
    Spices to taste
