Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
1.5 cups splenda for baking
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt
1 1/3 cup skim milk
1 cup dice apples (fresh)
Optional:
After they are all done, you can brush the top of each muffin with melted butter or margarine and sprinkle a mixture of brown and regular sugar to enhance the already delicious flavor. I did this, and my family loved them (and my family is not a health conscious one by any means...they couldnt tell they were low fat (=
