    1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
    1/4 cup reduced-sodium Soy Sauce
    1 cup cashews
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 inch ginger root, grated
    1 cup brown rice boiled in 3 cups water or broth
    Sambel Oelek to garnish (optional)
