3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
2 cups water
2T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (I leave this out)
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) chicken flavored ramen noodles (reserving only 1 seasoning packet
3 scallions, thinly sliced
Optional: Unsalted Peanuts (add them to nutritional info if using)
