Couscous & Shrimp Salad W/ Tangerines & Almonds

Ingredients

    3 cups plain, low fat yogurt
    1-1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp ground cumin
    6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, crushed

    6 cups of water
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 10-ounce packages plain couscous
    8 tangerines, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4" pces
    2 15-ounce cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained & rinsed
    1 cup golden raisins
    2 lbs cooked, peeled deveined large shrimp (about 50, halved lenthwise)
    1 cup finely chopped green onion
    1 cup sliced, toasted almonds
