3 tbs. sugar (or other preferred sweetner like honey)
6 tbs. apple cider vinegar
2 tbs. tamari
1.5 tbs. cornstarch
.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 head of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbs sesame seeds
