    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 egg
    4 eggwhites (approx 1/4 cup)
    1 medium yellow onion
    1 cup brown rice
    1/2 cup white rice
