Indian Spice Roasted Squash Soup

Ingredients

    Sweet yellow onions 6 1/4 oz / 175 g chopped
    carrots 8 oz / 230 g chopped
    butternut squash 14 3/4 oz / 420 g peeled and chopped
    acorn squash 8 oz after cooking (1/2 squash) 225g, quartered
    4 peeled garlic cloves

    1 tbl olive oil
    1/2 tea black pepper

    1 tea madras curry powder
    1/2 tea curry powder
    1 tea garam masala
    1/2 tea cayenne pepper

    28 oz beef stock
    1/4 tea kosher salt

    6 tbl greek yogurt
    1 tbl honey
