- 1 C butter flavored Crisco shortening
6T 2% Milk, 2%
1C packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C Splenda
2 Eggs
1t Vanilla
1C Unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1t Baking Soda
1t Cinnamon
1/2 t Cardamom
1/2 t Salt
1 C Bob's Red Mill granola
2C Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/4 C raisins
1/4 C dried cherries
1/4 C dried apricots (cut to rasin sized pieces)
Description
A Very Fruity And Nutty Version Of An Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookie Favorite. This Could Probably Be Made Even Lower Cal If You Use The Splenda Brown Sugar, But I Didn't Have Any On Hand To Give It Test Run.
