Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

    1 can tuna packed in water or oil (5 oz)
    1 can mushrooms, undrained (7 oz)
    4 cups extra wide egg noodles
    8 oz sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
    1 Pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese (2 cups)
    frozen peas, thawed (10 oz)
    1/3 cup milk
    1/3 cup chardonnay wine
    french fried onions (such as Durkee) I use Wal Mart Great Value and I like it better)

    *For a healthier version, use light sour cream, reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and fat free milk and yolk free egg noodles
