carrots
red onions
(also can add cucumbers, black/green olives, grape tomatoes, artichokes, ham, salami)
for dressing mix twice as much vinegar as canola oil and add about 1T olive oil and half a lemon. Season with garlic salt, lemon pepper, parsley, salt and pepper
