Another Whole Grain Waffle


    1 cup white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup oatmeal (leave whole or grind in coffee grinder)
    1/2 cup flax seed (grind in coffee grinder) or flax meal
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 large eggs or substitute equal amount of egg whites
    1/4 cup Canola oil
    3 cups Lowfat buttermilk
