Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced bell pepper
    1 cup fresh mushrooms (i use crimini)
    3 cloves garlic
    2tbsp italian seasoning
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cups fat free mozzarella cheese
    8 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles (1/2 package)
