    2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup light brown cane sugar
    3/4 cup cane sugar
    3 egg equivalent substitute
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 applesauce
    3 cups finely grated carrots
    1 can (about 14 oz) crushe'd pineapple, drained
    nuts and raisins optional

    Faux Cream Cheese Frosting:

    1 package vegan cream cheese
    1/3 cup vegan soy margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups vegan confectioners sugar
