    - 1 14oz can artichoke hearts drained & chopped
    - 1 7oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
    - 1/3 cup crumpled feta cheese
    - 2 tbsp fresh dill
    - 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    - 1 large tomato, chopped
    - 2 cups baby spinach leaves
