1 tsp dried oregano, mexican if possible
1/8 tsp cumin
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 "
1 medium yellow squash, sliced 1/4 "
1/2 red bell pepper (optional) diced
juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp sherry
1Tsbp chopped cilantro (fresh is best)
1 Tbsp fresh mint 1/2 tsbp is dried
Fresh tortilla chips
1/2 lb jack cheese
12 slices of avocado
