Ingredients

    2 1/2 C Gluten Free (GF) All-Purpose Baking Flour
    1 3/4 C medium ground whole grain blue cornmeal
    1 C Sugar
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    pinch of seasalt
    1 3/4 C non-fat milk
    1 Tbl apple cider vinegar
    3 large eggs, beataen
    3/4 C Canola oil
    (options: You can add 1 1/2 C corn kernels, and or 1/3 C Pine Nuts)
