    3 cups thin asparagus, cut 2 inch lengths
    Medium red bell pepper, 1 inch lengths
    4 oz extra firm tofu, in 1/2 inch cubes
    1 TBS soy sauce
    2 TBS rice vinegar
    1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
    salt and pepper to taste
